Mariah Yeater: My Baby Son will Take DNA Test

Mariah Yeater will submit her baby-son for DNA testing … this according to her lawyer.
On Nov 23, Attorney Jeffrey Leving tells TMZ.com  … Mariah is NOT avoiding the DNA test, and can’t wait to compare baby Tristyn’s DNA with Justin Bieber’s DNA.
But Leving says he DOES have a big problem with the DNA test Justin has already taken, because Yeater’s team was not present while  Bieber’s DNA was administered. And he has no idea if Bieber DNA test was done using proper controls.
Although members of Justin’s team have told TMZ, Yeater and her team had gone radio silent since Justin took the test on Friday, Leving says his co-counsel has been in touch with Justin’s lawyer, Howard Weitzman, Monday and Tuesday.
Leving says he hopes both sides will reach an agreement on a DNA protocol.

Justin Bieber took a DNA test in New Jersey last Friday, and sources connected with the Biebs say he’s chomping at the bit … waiting for Mariah Yeater to challenge up her baby’s DNA results. But so far … crickets.
Mariah Yeater’s lawyer has been blabbing to the media, but has stayed clear of anyone in Justin’s camp. Sources connected with Justin believe Yeater will never produce DNA results, because it will simply become ammunition for a lawsuit he intends to file against her and her lawyers for abuse of legal process.

Justin Bieber’s manager Scooter Braun has revealed Justin’s voice broke just before he hit the studio with Mariah Carey to re-record her festive hit “All I Want For Christmas.”

Scooter admits Justin voice’s tone is not as high as it used to be. He tells Billboard.com, “Vocally, his balls have dropped… A year ago that (singing with Carey) would have been no problem.”
And Island Def Jam president Steve Bartels is convinced fans will notice the more adult sound to Bieber’s voice on his new holiday album, Under The Mistletoe, which is released in the U.S. on Tuesday (November 1, 2011).

When driving a custom-made Cadillac last week, Justin was reportedly pulled over after cutting off a CHP officer, but was let go with just a warning.
Justin said he decided to go with the Batman theme because “I liked the idea. I just wanted it to be a Batmobile. It looked like it, so I put on the symbols and everything.”
